Always insert the charm at a 45° angle, and always remove by pushing the charm button from the inside, also at a 45° angle. This will minimise damage and warping to the charms.

Never pull the PomPom by the fabric from the front of the clog to remove, always push the button from the inside or the PomPom will detach.

PomPoms will flatten when shipping, remember to fluff them up a bit when they arrive!
